COSTS

In spite of the increases in venue hire charges membership fees for 2025 (01JAN25 to 31DEC25) are still only £12.00. Associate Membership charges will be £8.50 for those who are full members of another u3a. The additional fee of £1 per session for groups that meet in chargeable venues like Gilead, Len Evans, and St Johns Hall remains in place.

NEW MEMBERS

New members must complete and return a membership form. Forms will be available at our monthly meetings, from convenors or committee members or downloaded from the website. Payment must be included with the membership application to allow us to register your membership. Full details are on the membership form.

RENEWING MEMBERSHIP

Members who have already completed a membership form do not have to complete another one unless their details have changed.

All you need do is send the Treasurer your payment for 2026 together with the membership number and/or Post Code

PAYMENT

You will be able to pay online or in person by cheque or cash at the Monthly Speakers meeting. Depending on the groups you attend you may also be able to pay through your convenor.

It is much easier for us if you pay by cheque or bank transfer but if you must pay in cash, please ensure you get a receipt with your membership reference clearly quoted.

You can, of course, also put a cheque in the post and send it to me - Treasurer at 81 Grove Road, Bridgend CF31 3EH Don't forget to put a stamp on your envelope and make sure you include your membership details or post code.

Do not send cash through the post.

TASTER SESSIONS

For those who are thinking about joining u3a we offer taster sessions. You may attend up to two meetings before you join. Some groups are restricted in numbers so you can only attend these if there are places available.
