This is a luncheon group  that only meets once every 3 months.   We attend restaurants outside the Bridgend area and sometimes these are Michelen star events.  We expect to pay more for lunch than we would if we were lunching in the Bridgend area and that’s the main reason for going so far afield and not so often.  Some of us have to save up!   We usually try to share lifts and have only been back to the same restaurant a couple of times since the group has been running so it’s a learning curve for most of us.    We usually meet at the restaurant at noon and sometimes we have to pay a deposit and pre order our lunch.
